This site was created in
2012, during a time of many changes in my life. I believe that we grow and
change the most during the challenging times. We can either give up, or
persevere and push through, knowing that one day we will end up on the
other side.
The goal of this site is to help you find ways to live your happiest and healthiest life, which I believe starts from the inside and works its way out. My hope is for you to live a successful and restored life!
I am a daughter of God, mother, grandmother, nurse, blogger, writer, and repeated overcomer, who has a passion for helping people become all that God created them to be in this life. I also have a passion for health and wellness, and those struggling with obesity. I have lost over 60 pounds through my own battle with binge-eating disorder, and know that many times the struggle with our weight goes much deeper than food.

MANY life experiences later, I’ve decided to “step out of the box” and share with others what God has done and is still doing in my life. I am so excited about it that I want you to experience this in your own life! I also want this to be OUR site. A place where you can share your life experiences and successes with others.
God’s promises are not just
for me, they are for you too! He wants us to become all that He has planned and
purposed for our lives while we are here on this Earth. We should be living victoriously,
with joy, with thanks, and with purpose!
He wants us to SHARE life by doing LIFE together! I’ll be learning
as I go along, but am trusting The One Who is in total control! I hope you will
join me in this journey called life. It is one that was not meant to be traveled alone…
