I’ve been experimenting with different fresh fruits and veggies while making my own healthy
smoothie recipes at home. For lunch today, I made my own Monster Green Smoothie
and these are the ingredients I used:

2 celery sticks
Couple leaves of green Kale
Handful of Spinach
1 mango
1 pear
1/3-1/2 cup Almond milk
5 pieces of ice (I like mine cold)
Blend and enjoy! Mine turned out creamy and yummy!
***I don’t
have a juicer yet, but for those who do, try it that way too :).
